User Data Deletion Instructions

2. How to Delete Your Data

If you have interacted with our Facebook App and wish to delete your activities or personal information, you can do so by following these steps:

Method A: Direct Request via Email (Recommended)

You may request the deletion of your data at any time by contacting our support team.

Method B: Via Facebook Settings

  1. Go to your Facebook Account’s Settings & Privacy.

  2. Click on Settings.

  3. Look for Apps and Websites in the left-hand menu.

  4. Locate “Optimizer” (or the relevant app name).

  5. Click Remove.

  6. (Optional) Check the box to “Delete all posts, videos or events [App Name] posted on your timeline” and confirm by clicking Remove.

3. Data Retention Policy

Once a deletion request is processed:

  • Your personal identifiers (name/email) will be permanently removed from our active databases.

  • Any non-identifiable, aggregated data (such as general website traffic statistics) may be retained for analytical purposes, as it does not identify you personally.
